If you would like to use your insurance benefit, we recommend calling your insurance company to see what they will cover. You will be responsible for any co-pay or co-insurance amount, as well as the allowable amount if the deductible is not met, or the full cost if your insurance does not cover the cost.

All fees and co-pays are due at the time of the scheduled session unless other arrangements have been made.

If you have out-of-network benefits for mental health through your insurance you will be expected to pay for each of your appointments. Each month, we will happily generate a monthly invoice that you may submit to your insurance for reimbursement.

Payment is due at the time of service.
