We offer a complimentary 15-minute phone consultation so you can ask questions, share what you’re looking for, and feel confident about your next step. The right therapeutic fit matters, and we want you to feel comfortable from the very beginning.

Therapy is a collaborative process. We regularly check in about your goals, growth, and challenges to ensure your counseling experience remains aligned with what you need most. Your treatment plan evolves with you, so your sessions continue to feel meaningful, focused, and supportive.

While we primarily offer individual therapy, we understand that relationships often play an important role in healing. Many of our clinicians can incorporate couples or family sessions when clinically appropriate. We tailor your therapy experience to best support your personal goals and relational needs.

Medication can be a helpful part of managing certain mental health conditions. While our therapists do not prescribe medication, we do have a Psychiatric NP at Sparrow Hills. We are happy to get you scheduled with her, or we can provide outside referrals to trusted psychiatric providers and coordinate care when appropriate. Our goal is to support your overall well-being in a way that feels thoughtful and personalized.
