Approach

Dr. Yearsley views therapy as a collaborative partnership built on trust and clarity. Dr. Yearsley has developed a five-step therapeutic approach that includes both proven mind and body (somatic) techniques. Therapeutic exploration will include the mental/emotional, physical, social/relational, spiritual, and environmental components of lived experience. She understands that whole-person recovery and mental health treatment are deeply personal processes, and she tailors care to meet each individual's unique needs and goals. Using an eclectic, evidence-based approach, she integrates therapeutic techniques that empower clients to build personal insight, strengthen coping skills, and sustain meaningful progress. Her work emphasizes long-term stability, resilience, and practical strategies that support recovery beyond the therapy room.
